Sarah Murphy, REALTOR®, was born and raised in La Jolla, and graduated with a degree in psychology from Point Loma Nazarene University.  Her family, who was largely involved in real estate development, engrained in her a passion for the industry from an early age.  Since then, Sarah has established her career in real estate and developed a successful business model that focuses on high ethical standards and a client-centered approach. 

Sarah’s strengths lie in a strong service mentality, positioning her to help clients reach their goals.  Sarah achieves this primarily through strong communication – taking the time necessary to listen to her clients so that she can best understand their needs and wants.  Her exceptional negotiation skills make for win-win transactions for buyers and sellers alike.   

Sarah considers the satisfaction of her clients to be top priority.  As a result, she gains repeat business and referrals that are a true testament to the importance she places on relationships, and her commitment to go above and beyond for her clients.  Sarah currently resides in Encinitas with her husband Tom and three daughters.
