First licensed as a real estate agent in 1981, I have been in some form of real estate my entire life, starting as a young adult in our family-owned furniture and interior design business and with family-owned property doing leasing and maintenance. I have concluded both residential and commercial transactions, as both an owner and Agent and have conducted both residential and commercial appraisals up to about $25 million in value. I have also served as an expert witness in court cases involving real estate and Ad Valorum (Property Tax) abatement.
