Originally from Southern Delaware, Justin attended the University of Delaware before moving to Pennsylvania after college, where he built his career around helping people make important life and career moves with confidence, honesty, and care.
As the President and CEO of Murphy’s Family Staffing, Justin has spent years developing strong relationships, understanding people’s goals, and connecting the right people with the right opportunities. He brings that same people-first approach to real estate, offering clear communication, dependable guidance, and a hardworking mindset to every client interaction.
Whether working with buyers, sellers, investors, or families planning their next chapter, Justin is committed to helping people make smart, confident real estate decisions. His experience in negotiation, relationship building, recruiting, and client service allows him to serve others with both professionalism and real-world insight.
Outside of work, Justin enjoys spending time with his wife and family, traveling, surfing, working on cars, riding motorcycles, enjoying the beach, and staying connected to the community. His goal is to build lasting relationships, earn trust, and help people move forward with peace of mind.
