Building on a 35+ year career in commercial real estate, Kenny Ficken joined Position RE to represent commercial real estate clients across Northwest Georgia, where he has been a longtime resident and respected business figure for many years.

Kenny began his career with C&S National Bank (became Bank of America through mergers and acquisitions) in their mortgage financing business which led him to roles of increasing responsibility in the areas of office, industrial and land sales/leasing for a number of industry leading firms including Ackerman & Company, Julien Studley Inc. (now Savills Studley), Newmark (now Newmark Knight Frank) and Bryant Commercial Real Estate Partners (now Lee & Associates.) Most recently, Kenny developed a principal relationship with Power Gateway to provide energy management consulting to large industrial firms with intense energy demands.

Kenny’s services included design, entitlement and implementation of large-scale, on-site power generation plants for these industrial users. Kenny’s focus on industrial clients and land uses have positioned him well to succeed on behalf of clients in the highly active Northwest Georgia/Chattanooga/Northeast Alabama corridor. Kenny is a licensed agent in Georgia and Tennessee and attended the University of Tennessee Knoxville.
