AARE has a proud history of charitable giving, having donated over $1,000,000 to organizations both in our community and across the globe over the past seven years. As our donations continue to grow, we are excited to introduce our Generous Giving Program, which aims to partner with charities such as yours to provide even more support.
With the Generous Giving Program, your organization has the opportunity to receive thousands of dollars in donations, at no cost to you or your participants. In recent months, we have given over $50,000 in total Generous Giving donations to charities.
To participate, we will provide a written agreement for escrow which allows us to donate a portion of our commission to your organization. This agreement is non-exclusive and can be canceled at any time. You are not required to provide leads or engage in any promotional efforts.
Once you have signed the agreement, we will work with you to promote the program to your donors, supporters, and friends through a simple ad that you can include on your website, email newsletters, and social media. We also provide a website with a video about the Generous Giving program, FAQs, and information about other charities that have joined.

If someone you know is interested in buying or selling real estate and wants to support your charity, they can contact us, and we will connect them with an AARE agent or a referral agent in their area. When the transaction closes, a donation from AARE’s referral commission will be sent to your organization.
If your organization already receives donations from brokers and agents, we do not want to interfere with those relationships. However, if you have multiple agents supporting your charity, we ask that you keep the door open for another agent who wants to get involved.
We never ask for your donor list or any information about your donors or supporters, and we are happy to answer any questions you may have about the program. Thank you for considering this opportunity, and we look forward to working with you to make a difference in our community.
