Shivani is the agent of choice to navigate the sometimes chaotic and seemingly ungovernable arena of Real Estate transactions in the market. She has skills, knowledge and passion to advocate for her clients during the buying and selling process, leasing rental property, commercial relocations or a new home construction.

A San Diego native, Shivani received her graduation degree in Psychology and economics in 1995, has travelled around the world in more than 45 countries as a flight attendant over the past 20 years as an aviation expert and mainly a people person. She completed her Data analytics and Human behavior degree from SDCCD University in San Diego. She joined the Real Estate world merely for her love for people and their homes. Her individual engagement in homes, community, school district meetings, NSDC market allow her a depth of understanding of area neighborhoods and ongoing economic development across the metroplex.
