Donna J. Silva has over 40 years of experience in the real estate industry with a primary focus in property management. Donna is the author of Landlord Pro-Tips for the DIY Landlord and Landlord Pro-Tips, the REALTOR Edition, a video series for Property Managers. You can find her work at www.landlordprotips.com. She was also the co-owner of a property management company serving over 325 single family homes, owners, and their tenants. She has been serving in AARE’s Property Management Department for the past two and a half years as their property management coach and advisor. Donna possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and enjoys helping others. She was the sole owner and operator of a charming coffee shop/delicatessen in Clayton, Georgia; and driven by her passion for design and fine art, she owned and operated her own art supply and framing business at different times in her life. In her spare time, Donna enjoys writing and illustrating children’s books, her latest being ‘Olive Goes to the Hardware Store’ which can be found on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and Walmart! Her creative passions include creating fine and abstract wall art and fine silver jewelry. She currently lives in her precious hometown of San Diego.
