Mike has more than 15 years of commercial experience including representing commercial office landlords and tenants completing ~200,000 square feet of leases and subleases in Manhattan and the surrounding areas. He previous worked with Flocke Avoyer and CBRE  researching and analyzing Midtown Manhattan commercial office leasing topics and trends. Prior to this, Michael was the exclusive leasing agent for approximately 750,000 square feet of shopping centers with Terranova Corporation in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties.
