Patrick Raymes began his career in real estate development in 1995 as a commercial contractor. Today, he is a leader in commercial real estate as a broker and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM). Patrick is highly valued by his clients for his can-do attitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to work through complex challenges.

He specializes in land entitlements for new ground-up developments, with a primary focus on multifamily and industrial projects. Patrick resides in Boise, Idaho, with his wife, Renee. Outside of work, he enjoys tennis, offshore sailing, home improvement projects, and spending time with his daughter, Emily.
