Having lived in the Treasure Valley for over 25 years, I’ve witnessed firsthand the extraordinary growth and transformation of our region, and I bring this local knowledge to every client relationship. As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), I assist REITs, investors, national tenants, and owners with financial analysis, site selection, development services, and leasing strategies. My career includes completing more than $200 million in commercial sales, along with several years in Capital Markets working with clients across the country.

One of my most memorable professional experiences was participating in the renovation of the Idaho State Capitol—an opportunity that included ringing the bell atop the Capitol alongside some of the top general contractors involved in the project. Having lived in Idaho since 1998, I know the market exceptionally well and am committed to helping clients achieve—and exceed—their real estate goals.
