Steve Becher specializes in commercial real estate. He has a BA from the University of Wisconsin and a MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. After college Steve worked for a large corporation in the financial area for 5 years.

After that he started a food service business that grew to 100 employees and $10mm in revenue. He has over 35 years’ experience owning, running and investing in businesses. He has counseled small businesses for the last 10 years for the SBA SCORE program, helping them with real estate. questions and financial issues. After the 2008 recession he profitably rehabbed and flipped over 20 homes. He has also owned and managed several rental units in the Twin Cities area.

Steve has lived in Apple Valley, MN for almost 40 years and is very familiar with the area.
