David Patton is from a family of successful real estate developers, investors and property managers. His Dad, William Patton and family successfully founded Group II Commercial Real Estate, a Real Estate Brokerage, Property Managers, Leasing Specialists, Land Developers and Investors, Investment Brokers, Realtors & Brokers since 1960s which developed and invested in a portfolio of shopping centers, retail strips, industrial buildings, retail stores, commercial buildings, etc in California. This is where he learned the real estate landscapes and became a commercial property manager, leasing specialist, and real estate agent and managing all aspects of commercial property management. In 2004, he started his career as a Residential Property Management for Horizon Management where he received training and experience managing all aspects of leasing, tenant landlord law, accounting, maintenance, and marketing. He is also a Health and Life Insurance Broker, for 18 years he has successfully run his own insurance agency.

With wife, Emily Mai, they combine their CPA, Financial, Real Estate, Insurance and Business licenses and help businesses and individuals secure their businesses and build their wealth and investments.
