HOW we got there: We wanted a 'mountain', not a city/Denver agent. Extensive research led me to Erin. We interviewed several agents. We chose Erin because: 1. I agreed, hired a contractor for a couple of days and listed it for $300,000.00. I was hesitant but in only 2 days I got a full price offer. I couldn't believe it. Erin nailed it on price and work.

From first meeting Erin almost 5 years ago at an open house until now, she has cultivated a great working relationship with me... Erin's persistence, patience and tireless phone work paid off in getting me under contract in less than 15 days. Her professional knowledge for the timing involved for certain inspections, deadlines and things that I needed to do is impeccable... Erin's organization and perseverance got us through small and seemingly unimportant details not getting done before closing to the Seller's getting up from the closing table for a family emergency. Unlike a lot of agents, she only showed our friends properties that were strictly within their wish list. I appreciate that! Because we didn't want to post our place on MLS, Erin went above and beyond by sharing flyers about our property with neighbors, at feed and garden stores, and other establishments around the area. She arranged for back to back open houses on a weekend, and by the second day she'd submitted to us a lot of interested parties, and a qualified offer.

She is a skilled negotiator who sees opportunities to make the deal better (got new roof and skylights included). We really felt like she was looking out for our best interests both short and long term and not just trying to make a sale. Now, it's been almost a year after we bought the house, and we still feel that way. Erin looks after her clients even after the sale (called us when there was a fire in the neighborhood to make sure we were aware and knew what to do).

As a fellow realtor I really appreciate it when agents on the other side of any transaction are as committed to protecting their clients and making a transaction 'win win' as Erin is.
