Jeff Walker is a seasoned real estate professional with more than 25 years of experience serving clients throughout the Austin area. A native Austinite, Jeff brings deep local knowledge and insight that consistently benefits his residential and property management clients.
Jeff leverages his background in sales management and leadership to coach agents on the tactical skills necessary to increase their earnings. His experience as a Director of REO and Sales Manager means he has direct experience building and training high-output teams and driving revenue. Agents benefit from his deep local knowledge, exceptional client service focus, and strong negotiation skills—all crucial elements he shares to help professionals close high-stakes deals, protect client interests, and significantly boost their annual GCI.
Real estate runs in Jeff’s family. His grandfather was a respected Realtor and sales manager in Austin for many years after retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army, instilling a strong foundation of discipline, integrity, and service that Jeff carries forward today.
Throughout his career, Jeff has held several leadership roles, including Sales Manager for three offices across three counties and Director of REO for a high-performing team for over a decade. His extensive experience allows him to help agents he coaches navigate complex transactions with confidence and precision.
Outside of real estate, Jeff is a proud father of a future University of Texas graduate (Class of 2026), further solidifying his strong ties to the Austin area community.
