Noelle Wylie became a real estate agent in 2003 to make a positive impact in people’s lives. Renowned for her listening skills, patience and compassion, she consistently represents both residential clients’ best interests, whether listing, purchasing, or leasing. Clients have confidence in her unwavering integrity and ethical approach. It is immensely reassuring knowing she has helped each of her clients realize a better situation as a result of their encounter.
During her initial two years in real estate, Noelle deepened her expertise by processing loans, which solidified the importance of pre-qualification and showed her better ways to protect her sellers when accepting offers.
Noelle believes in prompt responses and clear communication with all parties involved, ensuring everyone remains informed throughout the transaction progress. She approaches challenges proactively, focusing on inventive solutions that ensure a smooth
transaction journey.
Before real estate, Noelle applied her Commercial Art & Photography degree to roles in marketing, graphic design, and trade shows. That artistic eye lends itself perfectly to real estate.
Noelle has given back to her North County Coastal community by leading worship service at Camp Pendleton’s Marine Recruits (5 years) and volunteering for New Haven Youth and Family Services in Vista (since 2016). She’s also served on the NSDCAR District Council for Encinitas and Carlsbad to help fellow agents. Because Noelle is very active in her community, she’s well-positioned to introduce newcomers to local resources.
It’s important to Noelle that you know she is never too busy for
your referrals!
