Alongside his investor-facing responsibilities, David serves as the Lead Coach for AARE’s 7 Steps to Powerful Paychecks course, equipping real estate professionals with the tools, mindset, and strategies to build impactful, sustainable businesses. David has a strong background in leadership and operations, with experience in real estate, ministry, and corporate compliance. He has supported hundreds of agents, managed high volumes of transactions, and led cross-departmental training.
