David Knox serves as the Lead Coach for AARE’s 7 Steps to Powerful Paychecks course, where he equips real estate professionals with the tools, mindset, and strategy to build impactful, sustainable businesses. Known for his clarity, encouragement, and ability to connect with others on a deeper level, David helps agents grow in both confidence and performance.

He also serves as the Executive Assistant to AARE’s Founder & CEO, Andrew Arroyo, playing a key role in supporting executive operations, managing communication, and advancing company-wide initiatives with excellence and integrity.

David brings a strong background in leadership and operations, with experience spanning real estate, ministry, and corporate compliance. He previously supported over 200 agents as a Transaction Manager and Agent Success Specialist, managing 100+ transactions in a year and leading cross-departmental training. Before that, he coordinated insurance compliance in the janitorial industry, negotiating 60 contracts with businesses nationwide.

David’s approach to leadership is deeply influenced by his upbringing; his father, a U.S. Army Officer, instilled in him the value of leading by example. David applies that principle in every area of his life, from mentoring others to public speaking. He is a skilled communicator who speaks regularly to young adults, inspiring them to walk in self-worth, faith, and personal integrity. His mission is to serve with excellence and empower others to rise into their full potential.
