John Scialdone

John has over 25 years of commercial real estate and commodity market experience. He is a 10 Year Member of the New York Mercantile Exchange and spent a total of 14 years as an arbitrage manager and proprietary floor trader. John also Co-Founded a small real estate company that amassed over 125 tenants and also owned 26 properties in Westchester, Dutchess and Manhattan. John also Co-Founded a small telecommunications company highly leveraged in Manama Bahrain and the GCC. This company was approved and received the 1st International Service License for a US company which allowed VOIP transfer of telecommunication traffic to and from the Middle East.
His vast experience on all sides of the financial markets both domestic and international allows John to bring a tenacious spirit, a spirit that made him a success in the demanding world of commodities trading and a deep understanding of real estate finance. John is also personally experienced on every level of real estate from acquisition, sales management and analysis.
