The purchase of the family home is often the biggest purchase one will make in their lifetime. My job as an agent has many roles. First is to educate you on the home buying process, then help you find your very own special home, and negotiate on your behalf. Upon offer acceptance, I go to work on ensuring the home has been represented correctly and no serious issues exist; you are always safe and insured.
