Nick Burgo

Nick Burgo was born and raised on the central coast of California in Santa Barbara. His family’s background is in real estate development. Nick’s passion for real estate comes from growing up on job sites and managing family properties. After high school, Nick attended Cuesta College where he received his Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and worked in commercial & residential construction. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Sierra Nevada University and received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Global Business Management degree.

Currently, Nick is a property manager and a REALTOR with Andrew Arroyo Real Estate in Shell Beach. He eats, sleeps, and breathes real estate as well as business/investments. Whether that means helping a client get into their forever home or identifying a property for development for an investor, Nick and AARE have the knowledge, experience, and tools necessary to negotiate the best price for their clients and to ensure a successful transaction.
