Rochelle Chandler is a dedicated leader at AARE, where she plays a key role in investor relations and communications for the company and its Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). As one of the first points of contact for investors, Rochelle ensures clear, timely, and professional communication by handling inbound calls, providing updates, and coordinating information between AARE’s leadership and its shareholders. Her approachable style and attention to detail help foster trust, strengthen relationships, and keep investors informed and engaged.

In addition to her investor-facing responsibilities, Rochelle serves as the Support, Onboarding & Concierge Manager. Since joining AARE in 2020, she has streamlined the onboarding process to ensure new agents receive comprehensive training and access to essential tools. She manages agent profiles, facilitates commission and independent contract agreements, and supports leadership by handling high-priority requests and coordinating weekly meetings and training sessions.

Her strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and organizational leadership make Rochelle an invaluable asset to AARE.
