Rochelle Chandler is a dedicated leader at AARE, serving as the Support, Onboarding & Concierge Manager. Since joining the company in 2020, she has played a pivotal role in streamlining the onboarding process, ensuring that new agents receive comprehensive training and access to essential tools. She manages agent profiles, facilitates commission and independent contract agreements, and serves as a key point of contact for all incoming company inquiries. Rochelle also supports AARE’s leadership team by handling high-priority requests and coordinating weekly meetings and training sessions to enhance operational efficiency.

In addition to her operational role, Rochelle is a coach for AARE’s Seven Steps to Powerful Paychecks program, where she provides agents with the accountability, guidance, and encouragement they need to achieve success.
