Tiffany Mohler plays an integral role in AARE’s mission of opening commercial real estate investing to a broader community, through AARE’s Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT), thereby giving retail investors access to the same kinds of commercial properties that billion-dollar institutions pursue—apartment buildings, retail centers, and more—without needing millions in capital.

She oversees administration, compliance, and operations, helping ensure that AARE’s agents, investors, and leadership team are fully supported as the company expands its national footprint.

With more than 20 years of real estate experience, Tiffany’s career began in 2002 as a temp at a Re/Max office and quickly grew into administration and transaction management roles. In 2008, she became a licensed assistant for a top-producing real estate group before joining AARE in 2013.

Today, she serves as Head of Administration, where she manages compliance, escrow coordination, HR, training for new agents, and internal systems for AARE’s growing national team. Known for her leadership qualities, problem-solving skills, and encouraging spirit, she plays a vital role in both operations and culture at AARE.
