Christine remembers the joy and thrill of purchasing her home and her favorite part about being a REALTOR is helping others find and purchase their dream home. There is no greater joy to her than handing the keys over to a new homeowner. She understands what is important to her clients and helps them make the best buying and selling decisions. She will listen, advise, and guide rather than push which is why so many of her clients come to her by referral. Christine’s goal is not only to give her clients superior service but to also keep them as future clients and earn a friendship in the process. Because she has personally been through the home buying and selling process multiple times she can seamlessly guide you through the real estate process. Her clientele is comprised of first time home buyers, move-up buyers and sellers, downsizing buyers and sellers, and investors.

With an unquenchable thirst for knowledge, Christine loves to learn. She has a BS degree in Business Administration, an AS degree in Science and holds several real estate designation including Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS), Military Relocation Professional (MRP), REO Buyer Specialist, TRC and REALTOR. She regularly attends classes to keep up to date on real estate trends. Before beginning her full time real estate career in 2005, Christine was an Accountant for nine years. Prior to that she was a loan officer and worked in the banking field for five years. These experiences have allowed her to polish her skills in listening, problem solving, and attention to detail – all of which give her clients a decided advantage.

As a San Diego Native she has lived in many areas throughout San Diego County including San Carlos, Del Cerro, Mission Valley, Carlsbad, and Oceanside. She has lived in North County since 1998 and loves to be close to the ocean. She has been married since 1994 and she and her husband love to travel and have been to 55 countries so far. Her goal is 100 countries so in her spare time she loves to search the internet for her next travel destination. She is an animal lover and an advocate for stopping cruelty against animals. She owns 2 cats which, of course, are rescues.
