Jeff Byrket is one of those rare professionals—a true Arizona native, a trusted guide, and a dedicated coach with a passion for real estate and for helping others find both success and significance in their careers.
Jeff joined AARE in May of 2025, bringing with him a remarkable track record: over $38 million in career sales and 162 successful transactions, spanning both residential and land properties. Based in North Phoenix and serving communities including Anthem, Cave Creek, Carefree, Wickenburg, New River, and Morristown, Jeff offers his clients something invaluable: local insight rooted in a lifetime of connection to the land.
Born in South Phoenix, raised in New River, and now residing in Morristown, Jeff is deeply tied to the desert landscape and the Western values that shaped him—hard work, tenacity, and respect for nature. That connection shines through in every deal he brokers and every agent he mentors. Whether he’s helping a client find the perfect acreage or guiding a new REALTOR® through their first listing, Jeff approaches each interaction with care, clarity, and a deep sense of purpose.
His real estate career was built on the same principles that guide his life. After graduating from the Arizona State Fire Marshal’s Academy in 1993, Jeff began his real estate journey by apprenticing under respected Arizona broker Dave Caldwell for over a decade. That hands-on mentorship not only taught him the ins and outs of real estate—it shaped him into a mentor who now pays it forward by training and supporting agents through his own example.
As the founder of AcrePlusProperties.com, Jeff specializes in helping people buy and sell land, space, and freedom across Arizona’s wide-open landscapes. His niche expertise is matched by his ABR® (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) certification and 5-star status as a Premier Agent on Zillow—but even more telling is the fact that over 80% of his business comes from referrals, a clear reflection of the trust and loyalty he’s earned.
Outside of real estate, Jeff is a family man and outdoorsman at heart. He and his wife are raising two daughters who, like him, share a love of the land and the Western lifestyle. When he’s not closing deals, you’ll find Jeff supporting youth rodeo, roping cattle at local events, or exploring Arizona’s backcountry—hunting, fishing, hiking, or just taking in the beauty of God’s creation.
